About procedures such as disclosure

Regardless of personal information object to disclosure, we would like to disclose personal information (purpose of use notification, disclosure, content corection, addition or deletion, suspension of use, termination of provision and suspension to third parties). If the applicant is the person or agent, he/ she can answer, correct, add or delete, suspend or delete the information within a reasonable period of time and range.

However, if you suspend or delete a part or all of this information, you may not be able to provide services in line with your request. (For information that was held, it based on relevant laws and regulations, we may not be able to respond to a request for suspension or elimination).

We only accept requests for personal information disclosure in the following method. Please be aware that we may not be able to respond to requests for disclosure that are not based on this method.

Proposal Method

Fill in the necessary information in the “Disclosure Invoice” specified by our company and send it to the reception counter along with the identification document. In case of an agency, please send Power of attorney to the reception counter . (Shipping fee will be borne by the biller)
